How it works
Step 1: Grab a time
Fill out the quick form, then choose a slot that fits your schedule. We meet on Zoom for 45 minutes to an hour. Bring your questions, bring your worries. The more you put on the table, the more useful the call will be.
Step 2: We dig in
We start with how you want to live, not with listings. We want to answer the question, "Where would I actually be happy living?" We'll narrow down the right places for you. From there we get into the housing side: what's actually available, what your budget gets you right now, and which areas line up with the lifestyle you're after. We also go over any burning questions you have about the area or moving here.
Step 3: You walk away with a plan
By the time we hang up, you'll know your target neighborhoods, a realistic price range, and your next move, whether you're relocating in 3 weeks, 3 months, a year, or farther out. No sales pitch. Just a clear picture.
